Title: Mouselook initially rotates in wrong vertical direction.
    Reproduction Rate: ~60%
    Blocker? No.
Details: If I start moving my mouse slowly up and then press the right mouse button, my camera will initially rotate in the opposite direction. The same thing can occur in the other direction as well.
Steps to Reproduce: In cursor mode, start moving the mouse up (or down) and press the right mouse button. It seems to get worse the farther the mouse is from the vertical center of the display.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.477.Date.03.26.17
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Parrot's Roost
    Area Display Name: Parrot's Roost
    Loc: (-367.5, 96.0, 272.7)

Nothing? This is a really frustrating issue because when I press the right mouse button, the camera quite often rotates up or down leaving me looking at either the sky or the ground.

This is still an issue in R40.

Please confirm details then, so this can be traced, such as mouse, driver, mouse settings in game, sensitive settings in OS etc.
