[Info needed] Running drains focus even when slowed by NPC collision

      1. Title: Running drains focus even when slowed by NPC collision
      2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
      3. Blocker? No
      4. Details: Run, collide but keep running in slow-motion (walking anim), suffer ongoing focus drain
      5. Steps to Reproduce: See 4
      6. User Specs: Win 10, core i5 & GTX 970

    @Gorn da Morn Do you mean if you continue to manually move forward, this is happening? Or is it happening automatically and out of your control?

    @Serafina I continue to keep the "run" key pressed (trusty default "W" from WASD), and if there weren't an NPC in the way I wouldn't slow down. The NPC does however slow me down, and my focus keeps being drained unless I actually release W and single-press it again. To me a slowdown to walking speed for any reason should come with a removal of the focus cost, since presumably it's the act of running itself that drains focus, not wanting to run but being slowed down by a crowd. :)
