I sometimes don't get the full blessing

    Title: I sometimes don't get the full blessing.

    Details: Sometimes, when I visit a devotional, I don't get the full blessing that I should get. For instance, I went to Port Phoenix, which is a pretty full town, stood in front of the Compassion devotional and only got +4 Combat Dodge Modifier and +4 Tailoring Proficiency. I had to move away from the devotional, dismiss the blessing and then re-approach the devotional in order to finally get the +5 bonus for each.
    Steps to Reproduce: Don't know. It doesn't happen very often.

    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
