    That Time Lord Character is just plain weird o_O...

    I heard he's locked all his skills, gathering up all his experience points and has invested in something called "Seed Invest" :confused:?'

    I sure don't know what he's up to in what he's doing all that for, but that guy' is just mentally active weird o_O!'

    The $2M is the max, not the min.
    The [target minimum] is set to $500k.
    Here you can see those data points and also read the [closing conditions] which states that if they don't reach that 500k then any investment commitments will be cancelled.

    Have you ever known of someone but through nothing more than sheer coincidence never actually run into them in person? Ive been liking this weird guys posts for a long time but never seem to run into him in game for whatever reason. I caught a glimpse one time outside Owl's Head on the overland map and just after a quick wave, he disappeared into the dusk of night.

    Then I see screenshots with him rubbing sholders with a lot of people I do see on the fairly regular and i think, whoa is this guy a ghost or what?

    All I can guess is that its the secrecy of The Fellowship. :)

    Ghost or not, a great guy and Im happy to see you investing in Portalarium, they truely are a talented bunch and I have my fingers crossed for their success. I hope to see many published titles from them in the future.
