[Known] Scepter of Dread 0/0 Durability & Unrepairable

    My scepter of dread artifact has 0/0 durability and cannot be repaired using repair kits.

    I reported a similar bug when I got the heart of sorrows - but it was repairable using a tailoring kit.

    Have you tried using a Gold COTO as a test?

    I suggested these special items need to drop with 100% durability and either not decay or be fully repairable with repair kits to max durability without secondary loss.

    Neither repair kits, nor a gold COTA on a crafting table (I checked them all) will repair the 0/0 Scepter of Dread. I'm not sure how the Oracle/Lum tracks usage of the Artifacts of Dread, but if it is by item condition then this issue could turn into a blocker in a later release if not fixed promptly...
