[Repro needed] Battle Banner Can’t Be Moved in POT

    Title: Battle Banner Can’t Be Moved in POT

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Yes

    Details: This is similar to an earlier issue, but this time it seems to always happen. As a steward, all I needed to do is try to move it at all for it to lock on the cursor.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Be a steward or governor

    b. Attempt to move a Battle Banner old-style.

    c. Observe: Sticks to cursor, can’t be placed into inventory.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 526.

    This appears to be fixed in build 530 as I could not repro.
    Don't forget to update! Build 529 is out for QA now....

    @Lexie Here is a video of it happening. To me, its 100% reproducible.
