Elysium Mine Light source flashing issue

4. Details: Keep getting a flash of light source in the mine every time i pass this location
5. Steps to Reproduce: go to location (-9.9, -25.3, 227.3) and rotate the camera camera, zoom in / out has no effect. Look on the left side of the screen in the water.

Also why you may be at amending Elysium is it possible to put a ramp on the 2nd level like you did in Graff Gem Mines, makes it a little easier as the area is not jump able. Plus NPC goes the long way round and gets stuck most of the time.
