Congratulation!! Our SEEDINVEST compaign has already gone beyond USD 500,000.

Actually it is that bad first impression to overcome. The last little hope that it'll be good is why I haven't liquidated.

 

For anyone that doesn't enjoy the game, I'm sorry to hear that. I happen to enjoy it greatly right now! Yes, there are areas that need improvement (some more than others), but that's ok.

I'm not interested in doing victory laps. I'm really just interested in being able to enjoy and support this game as best I can. In other words, I don't want people to have to "eat their words", but it would sure be nice if perhaps they could temper them and show some respect for their fellow gamers sometimes.

 

Im wondering if a buncha wait and see investors are now collectivly throwing thiers in the hat

EDIT: curious because its increased a whopping 98k as of this comment in the past 24 hours and seems to be inching up still

Congratulations all. Ok it didn't reach 2 mill but has reached the minimum but that's still a large amount of money that they have pulled in off players of the game mostly. So this is a good vindication they must be doing something right for them to continue to part with their monies. Being Europe i had read at the beginning it wasn't possible to do, i have since read it might be? Bit late now for me but maybe the next one. Well done.

 

Our apologies if something led you to believe you could not invest from Europe. We have several confirmed investments from Europe. As far as we know it is only Canada that is prevented from investing. The campaign does not close until midnight on Monday.

 

If you move fast you may still be able to do it!

 

This is great news! And I think a strong indicator that the game has so far been able to overcome the relentless efforts of those who apparently have made it their life's mission to trash Portalarium at every turn.

I imagine there is quite a bit more money in the wings that has been waiting to see if this objective gets met.

Milestones are fun to reach -- it's even more fun to be enthusiastic with others who are enthusiastic! The $500K news did put a big smile on my face too!

There's still plenty of work to be done by the Dev team, now the Publishing team, and yes ... us Backers & Investors too! But the work is so much more fun when we reach milestones like this and we see a good amount of daylight ahead.
