Amber, sweety. I am so frequently asked how you are doing when I am in the game these days. I keep telling them that news coming out this direction is scarce and that I will share here anything new I hear. But I want you to know that you are being asked after, with so much love and caring from so many people. I should have made a list, just to tell you who they all are. I suck! But specifically, the other day Sean Silverfoot (SILVERFOOT darn it....) was very earnest in asking how you are doing and wanted me to tell you he sends his very best thoughts and/or wishes your way. He promises that come October, he will be on so often we will all be sick of him in a week, but right now a "SS Sighting" is very rare, and still, he made a point to ask after you, dear lady! I hope that you can draw strength and sustenance during your exile, from our words here. ********* stares you right in the heart!*

 

Hang in there Amber! Get back to us soon! We miss your weekly chaotic sermon to keep us on the right path.

 

Amber, I think of you every day. I worry that the folks in the AR community will find me a pest. I would love to call you on the phone if that wouldn't be too stalkerish. I love you so much, lady!

 

We got this message Yesterday in the DJ Office From Carlaisle.

While everyone is here I want to give an update on Amber. As of yesterday her meds have been doubled from 300 3x a day to 400 5x aday as the seizures were not getting better and still out of control. An MRI and EEG is in progress and she is under the care of 3 Neurologists (Dr. Tanha, Dr. Bahn (MS clinic Burnaby) and Dr. Hassein --- spelling may not be accurate)Recent xrays show broken fingers from a fall from a seizure. Amber has been having Memory losss and speech difficulties, these are also being investigated. Blood work for liver function , lupus, infection, iron levels, thyroid levels, inflammation markers and rheumatoid arthritis are being done this afternoon. Will keep you updated with the progress. I am sure Amber would like me to say she misses and loves ya all.

I'll always continue to brew a mug of the finest beer for you lady Raine. I'll do my best to concoct more potions and eventually heal you fully! I'm certain you will get through this and I will not give up on you! HOPE is not lost as long as the doctor is around, I will continue to wish you the best of health. Keep climbing the ladder of chaos and soon you'll find all of us waiting for you at the top with open arms, alcohol, music and the best the community has to offer you.

• Can we visit her or her family/friends there?
• Are funds needed?
• Is she able to talk to us? Have someone video record? Make statements?
• Can we send more notes and recordings?
• How or should we we carry on her "work" in SotA in her stead as she recovers?
• Can we send/bring anything to cheer her up?

This is wonderful news. Unfortunately, I can't answer the poll because I'm so new I've not had the chance to actually meet Amber! I do hope, very soon, I will be able to meet her and come back to answer the poll. Hoping for "She made me want to dance" because Dancing is Life!
