[Known] power skill can be held while issuing other skills!

    hold down your fixed skill to power up, get to max and while holding it down, cast some non fixed skills, and then release, so you can prime up coup de grace, stab them a couple of times to make sure and then let rip

    Per our discussion, the report here is that the NEW "powering up" stacking skill automatically unleashes the skill once it is released. After further view, this is intentional.
    Those who want to 'hold' their stack a bit longer can continue to stack the old fashioned way.
    Yay more flexibility in stacking :D

    Upon review, this is not by design. A little too overpowered. Apparent when attemtping to do this in a number of other ways (using a mouse to charge while a keyboard to use unlocked skills/spells, and having it interrupt.)

    Bug submitted to fix asap. Thanks for reporting: 49883

    So... what happens if you fizzle the spell? Seems overly punitive if you have to recharge from scratch...
