[Repro needed] Highvale Outskirts first load - Extreme pause while waiting for NPC guards to appear

    Title: Highvale Outskirts first load - Extreme pause while waiting for NPC guards to appear
    Reproduction Rate: Once

    Details:This was beyond a normal hitch, the NPC's guard patrol had tiny bits of their models drawn in, and the rest invisible, for several seconds. Everything was stopped, then as soon as their models popped all the way in, the scene started moving again.

    It was probably ten seconds long.
    Steps to Reproduce:Load Highvale Outskirts for the first time.

    I am also unable to reproduce. This is not an ongoing issue with the scene load in, it appears.
    Thank you for letting us know. I'll keep this in mind if we can perhaps establish a pattern here.

    I had it happen again, the guards were down at the bottom this time. Took about 10 seconds before the client would move after it had gone past the loading screen and was showing the level. It took a good amount of time for my avatar to completely draw, and the guards in the group. I think they are the cause of it because it didn't happen the time they were already up the hill.

    I've been coming in and out of Highvale to test the elevator bug, and I am not experiencing this same performance hit after the first time, even if the guards are down by the bottom.
