Title: Static on tabletop AVA

Details: I went to play Avatar's Radio and the music played briefly, then went to static. Radio Free Britannia played, but had static in the background. See video below:

Steps to Reproduce: Play the tabletop radio.

Not sure what the problem is with Radio Free Britannia.

 

Yes, I just posted to that effect, but I;m still having weirdness with Radio Free Britannia as you can hear in the video. Well, it sounds weird to me at any rate with static in the background.

 

Turn off the radio filter in your audio tab

WHY? Is the radio filter even a thing? We run PSA's <public service announcements> on WRFB telling people How to turn it off because we get asked this question so often.

yep. i don't bother with the in-game wax cylinders because they have a crackly overlay unless in the pot scene-wide jukebox, and that one can't be disabled.

 

Honestly, I have asked myself the same question. I first discovered the option to turn it off over year ago listening to your show, believe it or not.
I believe it was a role-playing immersion request. To give it an old school analog feeling. It perhaps should be off by default?
I'm not really in a position to post player made changes now but if you post in feedback, I'd give you my moral support
