Chair Exit, Default Position

    Currently, if you place a chair close enough to a table to look nice you risk whoever is sitting in said chair getting stuck when trying to exit it. I propose there be a default position to "slide to" when exiting a chair, such as the left or right, which would prevent getting stuck.

    While I've been testing my chairs for these problems I'd prefer if I could move them closer to the tables without risking someone getting stuck.

    I agree, chairs should be under tables. Not 3 feet away from them.

    From a programming view: Ideally, interaction with a chair should *remove/make invisible* the chair object while in use and make it part of the animation of the character. That way you can create an animation where the character slides the chair back and sits in it at a normal position from a table. Same for standing up again.

    Seems like the current system in use is that the character is using a sitting animation defaulted by the position of the sittable object. But, yeah, if what you said was in play it would add more to the immersion.
