Blacksmithing = Teden Oswald, Kiln, Below the butchers Pavilion; also near Town Crier
....................... = Wu Shi Zhen, Ardoris, Blacksmithing Supplies, At ground level, Smithing Pavillion, where Crafting Trainer & Public Merchant also reside.
....................... = Tyler & Tania, Solania, Armor Merchant (inside building after stairs at dockside merchant row);
Tailoring - Owls Head, Middle of the three recipe vendors.
Carpentry = Still searching

 

Found carpentry on Ingvar in Ardoris. Carpentry house near bank.
Tailoring also in Ardoris. Tailor house near bank.
