Blood River Outskirts - cannot hand in heirlooms to Vinicius

    None of the trigger words expected (heirloom, help) allow one to give the "Blood River Heirloom" items to Vinicius.
    Nor does she seem ready to accept the "Priceless Bottle of Elven Wine".

    Disregard the wine. Apparently she only wants the cheap stuff! :)
