[Known] Can't Enter Owl's Head - Stuck at 98%

    This is the continuation of the problem that popped up for me midway through R46. I try to enter Owl's Head and get stuck at "98%: Equipping Avatars". I need to talk to the Focus master trainer. Any idea on when this problem could get fixed?

    NVidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti with 4GB GDDR5 graphics memory
    16GB Intel Optane memory accelerated 1TB 7200 RPM
    Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)
    16GB (2x8GB) 2400Mhz DDR4 Memory up to 64GB

    Also happening on my old computer (from 2012):
    NVidia GeForce GT 545 1GB GDDR5
    Windows 10 (64 bit)
    12GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333Mhz, 2x4GB/2x2GB (This computer got me in to Owl's Head fine until the latest Windows 10 update)

    Does it help if you run in compatibility mode? (windows 8)

    We believe this is a hardware related bug with Nvidia. Only those on the lower side of memory seem to have this issue, although by 'low' I don't mean bad. They are still good cards and it's still within system specs, and as such a bug.
    Try restarting your PC when this happens, not just reloading the client. One person in our tech group has had success with that. I'm sorry for the trouble over this one. I know it is not fun for you to deal with :(

    @Lexie , would you explain what you mean by, "...on the lower side of memory..." You've used that phrase or a similar one before. I'm curious as to what you mean.

    It's happening to me right now, I even quit and restarted the client.

    I'm on Windows 7, so it's definitely not a Windows 10 problem. Release 685.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit

    It happens to me as well only at 94% anywhere on my single player offline game. I haven't been able to log in for a week or longer. Tried logging in to previous instance and overworld map. Just hangs.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4) System RAM: 8143
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058

    I can get in fine with my regular online game, it's just the single player offline game. I think the instance it is trying to enter is Bloodriver outskirts. But also hangs trying to log into the overworld map. Rent is due! Can't pay!
