Ancient Two-Handed Sword

    So, I got one of these from a supply bundle. Is there anything special about it? Comparing it to a regular two-handed sword, it looks nearly identical except for a very slight color difference.

    I am wondering if it would be an "ingredient" in a recipe to be combined with other drops for crafting into a special sword?

    Test it by attacking a target dummy/archery target. That's how I discovered that the Crossbow of Accuracy has a much higher critical hit multiplier and higher low-end regular damage.

    I would test my Ancient sword but I have no swords skills and wouldn't know how it compared to my regular weapons.

    You do realize that all crossbows have a 2.5x critical multiplier, right?

    Not every artifact shows its properties in the description. For example, Torch of Jerrik has 50% increased strength damage.

    If you do /stats with the sword on and /stats with the sword off, you might find some things.

    One noticable property of the ancient sword is that it has no fizzle increase like other 2handers.

    I don't know but I found a vendor with one on QA last night and tried it out. I still kill stuff way faster with my crafted (non-masterworked, non-enchanted) longbow.
