Ah, to quote my favourite author, Terry Pratchett; "Quis custodiet ipsos custodies" and more importantly "Quis Custodiet Ipsos Custodes Qui Custodes Custodiet" (Who watches the watcher of the watchmen?)

 

technically, noone, as the community receives the information from the watcher directly

then its all a matter of perspective

I paid good money to watch it at the theaters when it came out... but I have a sneaking suspicion my answer does not come close to applying in any shape, form or fashion to your cleverly posited double entendre.

Oy vey ist mir, the travails of living inside the SotA glass box forums are compounded by the heavy handed wielding of the morality police's ban hammer.... but too much hammer here and hammer there and the glass will one day shatter everywhere.
