Good points. In fairness to underground POTS though, making agriculture difficult or impossible in these places compared to aboveground POTS would virtually kill off their viability.

Some plausible mechanism to bring sunlight in should be there I'd agree.

It would be cool if there was a hole in the ceiling like a lot of caves do have. Also they could have rain and snow falling threw the hole would look pretty cool.

 

Sounds like a great idea to me After all, some of the new mines already have this feature.

 

@Attenwood @DarkStarr is this possible at some point ? A hole in the roof would show the season change/day time cycles.

Looking at the over world icon and entrance 1 it does appear this cave is actually above ground.

 

Available Row House/Lot in Bladewyke's Market and Crafting Area. High Traffic and near the entrance. Come down to Bladewyke and grab it.

 

Gawsh, so sorry to wreck your sense of immersion. What with the teleporting street signs, magical fountains, fire-breathing (soloable) dragons, fireballs with homing mechanisms, the ability of archers to carry 10,000 arrows in their quiver at a time, and shoot hundreds of them off per minute, I guess I had been under the false impression this was a fantasy role-playing computer game.

 

Still some great spots available -- come have a look !
