[Known] Inoperable Kobold item bugs

    The inoperable Kobold Cloud Cannon and Inoperable Kobold Tesla Rifle:
    - are now marked as 'quest items'
    - cannot be placed as decoration
    - when equipped, they have no visual in-game

    there is none, they're not part of a quest.
