Didn't get 200 gold from learning Deck Building

    Title: Didn't get 200 gold from learning Deck Building
    Reproduction Rate: Once
    Blocker? No
    Details: Just opened Deck Building and Charged Attack in Resolute. I did get the 200 gold gold for charged attack, but not deck building. I got the books as well.
    Steps to Reproduce: Learn Deck Building in Resolute. Not sure if this is a SP only bug, or Resolute specific.
