Details: why isn't proficiency shows in qa?
Steps to Reproduce:
Open skills window
Select crafting
Select alchemy
Float mouse pointer over top level alchemy glyph in the right side window
See that there is no line showing the proficiency

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2018

In r49, alchemy proficiency is shown when I float the mouse pointer over the alchemy icon


But, in QA the proficiency is not shown

This is actually an intended change. It was removed from all the skills because that number was confusing to some who thought proficiency was the same as skill level. This made people think they had hit a bug, but in reality they just were not high enough in proficiency yet. So now the pure raw skill level is used. It was a common mistake.

This may be a little bit of an adjustment to those who are not quite used to it, but I think this will be better in the long run
