[Known] crafting from scraps (fabric hard, leather no gain)

crafting from scraps:

2 timber from 3 Wood + 12 Wood scraps instead of 6 wood => 3 Wood = 12 Scraps = 50%
1 ingot from 2 metal ore 12 metal scraps instead of 4 ore => 2 Ore = 12 Scraps = 50%

2 Spool from 2 raw cotton + 24 fabric scrap instead of 4 raw cotton => 2 raw cotton = 24 scraps = 50%
its double the other scraps

and here it comes the BIG BUG:
2 Leather from 2 animal hide + 12 leather scraps instead of 2 animal hide => zero animal hides = 12 leather scraps = oo %

AND it's very hard to find/get leather and fabric scraps in the first place
- armor loot cloth or leather is rare for salvaging,
- finding scraps from cracking barrels and crates is also rare

I have verified this in 619 also.

1. 4 Raw cotton = 2 cotton spools of thread
2 Raw cotton and 12 scrap = 1 cotton spool of thread

2. 2 animal hides = 2 leather
1 animal hide and 6 leather scrap = 1 leather

This is also how it works on the active server. Leather and cloth scrap is hard to come by and to use it in this set of recipes and get 50% return makes no sense. I believe this is a bug on the active server. Please advise if this is the intended outcome for these recipes.
