I know the team is small but Mastery, Proficiency, Specialization ????

This may seem petty but if the entire team cannot even get the names right how can you expect them to get the math right?

I would have been brow beaten to death in the Army if I presented something this way.

BTW spelling has been determined to be pretty much irrelevant in most cases as long as the meaning can be understood. Since 80% would just read over it La la LA enguard

It's been changed to Specialization everywhere now.

It's more than you came into the thread for, as you literally contributed nothing. I at least made a point in my demonstration, and that point was if you are going to be critical of something (which the OP concedes is "petty") then realise that not everyone is perfect and makes no mistakes, including the OP.

BTW all this little back and forth at me does not one thing to offset the fact that something as small as my POINT is actually something very indicative of core problems in most group trying to work toward a combined end goal.

If you cannot get together on something as simple as labeling, it only indicates that consensus also fails in other areas.

Adressing your concern

Just read that your point was that they hadnt decided on what to call the new skills.

They settled on specialization i believe. Barugon already answered that. So id bug report any specializationskill thatisnt called specialization
