    Title: Cannot
    enter a scene or the Novia map
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes

    Details: After updating to build 634, I can no longer log my character in. It get to 97% scene load, then bounces back and forth between 95% and 97% over and over and never lets me into the game. Since I could not get into the game, I could not use /devbug, so I've compiled my below specs from another of my bug posts in case my platform is important.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attempt to log into the game either into your previous scene, or the world map

    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.13.3
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4850HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 2048

    @Lexie I put this in the wrong place. Could you move it to Critical Issues please? My apologies.

    @Undone I even just tried a complete reinstall of the QA client, still no love. Same issue.

    We are looking into the cause of this issue internally. Thank you for reporting.

    Also getting the same results on Mac.

    Note that I need to kill -9 (Force Quit) to stop the game, normal close does not work.

    For me it does not bounce between 95% and 97%.
    Once the loading has rechead 96%, it started to aquire a good amount on memory. It allocated more then 20 GB on memory, this takes a lot of time.
    My System has 8 GB physical memory + 8 GB swap on SDD + 4 GB swap on HDD, sums up to 20 GB total. Once the 20 GB are reached, the system freezes.
    To manage to load into the game i added additional 8 GB swap on sdd, so SotA is capable to aquire more then 20 GB of memory.

    OS: Ubuntu 16.04.3 x86_64 Kernel: 4.4.0-116

    There is a new build, 636, with an attempt to fix this issue (though I'm not very confident that it will.) Please let us know!

    After 35 minutes load time (load screen 96% all the time) and allocating 19 GB of memory, i killed the client to prevent a system freeze.
    For me build 636 changed nothing.

    Build 638 seems to have the issue resolved, and so far is running great!

    Agreed - Mac is definitely broken. Zoning is incredibly painful (10-15 mins) and the amount of lag and hitching when you try to move makes 638 completely unusable for me.

    OS: Mac OS X 10.13.3
    CPU: Intel Core i7 2.6Ghz . System RAM: 16GB
    GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 650M 1023MB
    Storage: Samsung EVO 850 1TB

    Should also add video settings on "Fastest", shadows disabled, etc.

    We're no longer seeing the Mac issues on our machines as of the newest build. Which is bittersweet considering some of you guys are still having issues while others say it is fine now.
    @Phil Scott
    @mmikelas
    Thanks for the details. I'm sorry for the problems. Can one or both of you please attempt to re-install and then report back to us?

    We just released a new build, 639. If you can try it, please let me know if you still have long loading issues.

    BT - 639 resolved the issues for me... Zoning is back to what it was but more importantly the hitching and lag with movement is gone so I'm "free to move about Novia" again... thanks!

    A fresh install (started at 637 -> 638 -> 639) still had the loading screen but I think that what is happening is that the correct screen is in "Under" the loading screen.
    I can hit esc and hear the SFX for opening the window, I am going to try and force quit and start on the overworld.
