[Known] Specialized skills not stacking to 6 (not a graphical glitch)

Tested with entire fire tree.

The only difference between 5 and 6 stacks is the 1 second difference which was just my 1 second delay in separate screen shots.

Reproduction Rate: 100% with fire tree.

Steps to Reproduce: Cast a charged/stacked specialized spell to 6 charges/stacks (5 + yellow block) and see no difference. It's not just a graphical glitch @Chris.

This is untrue in the case of fire. On the live server.

 

Same with Moon as well!
