Heavy Armor + Special

Title:Wearing Heavy Armor and taking WAY more damage.

Details:After the patch, i can no longer do any content i could before patch, i even took heavy armor special to 80 and put a shield on, and things are killing me that never had a chance before the patch.
Steps to Reproduce:wear heavy armor and specialize heavy armor

This was happening last patch and the patch before that as well. It was especially obvious against boss mobs like Torc. There were several instances where I was taking less damage in cloth armor without a shield than a guildy was with heavy armor and a shield (with comparable skill levels and adv levels between us).

So, either boss mobs do extra damage vs heavy armor or the math is screwed up.

 

Is it physical damage or magic damage? Magic resistance got a big change this release
