    Title: Cloak Visual bug
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: in-game While wearing a Cotton Ornate Floral Kimono and a Cloak together, the cloak will visually get stuck on the player, and be glitched to fall weirdly.
    Steps to Reproduce: Wear a Cotton Ornate Floral Kimono and a Cloak together and walk.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16322
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 2017

    Thank you very much for emphasising this issue again! I hope it will finally get the attention it deserves. Similar problems have been reported numerous times, and sadly never been replied to by a member of staff. :(
