Unable to Zone into Greymark Forest or Owl's Head

    Title: Unable to Zone into Greymark Forest or Owl's Head
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker: yes
    Details: When I try to zone into either of these 2 zones in Hidden Vale it get's to 98% and then the game becomes non-responsive. The only option is to restart game. I can zone into world map from resume and can zone into other towns/adventure areas, but these 2 get the same result every time.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Owl's Head or Greymark Forest

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12248
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition GPU RAM: 2029

    Was able to get zone in after one of the last couple patches.
