Highvale Outskirts, Victims in the monastery

Title: Highvale Outskirts Victims face texture missing

Details: With or without any quests, as a new player in the game for the first time I made my way to the monastery, once inside I went into the forbidden buildings. All of the victims (guards?) are missing (at least) their face textures.
Steps to Reproduce:Start new character, make it to monastery, go into off limits buildings, observe missing textres

as in, they're glowing pink instead of the normal glowing blue?

 

As in they are White. Not glowing at all.. I will go back today and take screenshots.

 

I went back and the frostgiest victims are still white, on my main monitor... On my secondary monitor where the screenshot pulled up, it is only slightly more on the blue side, but still no "glow" to speak of... I honestly thought these guys were missing a texture. Perhaps an actual glow, or more blue would be better? Would post a screenshot but it wont let me paste it in the body (here) and I dont have time to host it and get a link.. Will link later if necessary.


Not sure that this is a bug at this point.. Mods, feel free to do whatever you want with this post. I will leave it just in case a Dev might see it and adjust the color of the poor victims so that they will be more recognizable as relating to the frostgiest
