Wishing Well: Right click does not lead to permission options

    Title: Wishing Well: Right click does not lead to permission options
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Usually when I right click items I can change the permission settings to be different from my "automatic" permission settings. With the wishing will I get the option to "examine" it and toss in 1 gold. Which is nice, because it's a feature to be able to make a wish and get water from the well, but I would like to see and change the permissions on the item, too, if possible.
    Steps to Reproduce: right click on wishing well
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32721
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU RAM: 4071

    Bump! I'm still having this issue. My friends can't use my well, unless they're co-owners. I'd like to be able to set the permissions.
