So many changes, so much to do. Yet, the stillness of a world hushed by anticipation causes a small sense of anxiety. A girl busies herself in an attempt to not worry of the unknown. After all, it isn't every day (and night) one sees the sky falling! Alas, it has been for several days, and nights that the heavens have showered the earth - and it will soon stop.

The unknown - that one great adventure that keeps a soul venturing, exploring, discovering. Yet this unknown is somewhat unsettling.

"I might yet be joining you, eh?" the woman mutters as she clears away the gathered leaves and sets down a vase of fresh roses before the marker. She gazes at the sky for a moment as a hand settles atop the cold stone. Her eyes follow the blazing tails of innumerable bits of the heaven, then focuses upon the spinning heavenly body approaching the shattered moons. She wonders if the impending collision will end her time here. She balls a fist and pounds upon the stone. After a moment of futile rage, she breathes deep, lets it out, then sits before the stone marker on the ground. Silently she stares at the chiseled inscription, then slowly plucks away some stray grasses.

As such, Kirthag passes the time. Partially concerned at how the world is about to change, partially wishing for it to happen quickly, and partially praying for some guidance from her long gone friend. This pensiveness is surreal for her - it cannot last long.

Outside my home in Port Titan. Is the world coming to an end!?

 

My liege sits stoic, the entire hall empty. All of the common folk which tend the Manor, along with the Lord's kin have taken refuge in the spaces below Owl's Head (with a good many other folks) in advance of the second coming of the cataclysm. Lord Silvertree hath also ordered me to go, and if not for my sworn loyalty, I'd have half a mind to listen. Alas, my love for the House of Silvertree and her many wards compels me to stay behind to provide Lord Silvertree a hand in the coming darkness. I know my title says "Servant" but the Lord hath never treated me less than a brother, or a son. I shall stay and stand proud whatever may come.

We settled down and had a party for the meteor! We drank, we played music and we danced throughout the night ...
