[Known] Siege Bug

    When talking to the Scout, I barely have time to register words on my screen before it kicks me out of the conversation. This total time I have to see the quests information is approximately 3-5 seconds. I'm in the Ardoris Siege. 27MAR18, 1112CST.

    @Relluc please add the /bug info pasted to your system clipboard and paste it here, so the devs have the location and debug info for your problem

    Title: Siege Scout Quest
    Reproduction Rate: Every Time I clicked on the Scout
    Blocker?
    Details: Click on the Scout to get the quest in the Siege and I had approximately 3-5 seconds to see what was said before it disappeared as if I'd hit "Esc".
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to him
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 32722
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 GPU RAM: 2015
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.749.Date.03.26.18
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (306.7, 13.0, -395.5)
