Perhaps a heads up announcing it is coming soon in game too @Berek For example in honor of ....................etc And how about a new adventurers cloak or some such thing. Also cool something like when we got the headphone aether vibration units. That was awesome indeed.

Augh! I just re-finished the love questline last night! I could have used the extra producer XP... Truth and Courage and Oracle still I guess.

 

Seems to be adventure and quest XP only.. not getting extra for harvesting.

 

Unless it changes for us when we harvest or make something, the crafters are being left out of the loop again... UGGG!

 

lol well talking to a fairly new player about launch reward ideas and I realized players do have awesome ideas and yes we do need awesome ideas atm imo. So here was his idea or at least though. He said it would be great to have a coto hunt, you know like an Easter egg hunt and Easter is coming up soon. Rewarding players with other than xp has always been a pet peeve I have. @Devs Please don't make rewards always about xp. I am not complaining about that time in particular it is an awesome reward but I also believe for many players that have chosen this game it is not their only interest in the game.


And also another comment I would recommend finding a solution for is the Daily warnings getting lost in players chat windows. ***** Devs announcements to us should never be rolling around in our chat windows****. Players miss these. I sometime ignore these when I'm busy and then they get lost in my chat roll. They become too usual to see that they are ignored and then lost. Please make UI in this game have what it needs. A daily announcement place that Devs announce only that is not overly irritating but nicely placed. So just ideas and not necessarily 'THE THING I WANT" Some are a bit overdone imo But as said a necessary thing to consider. @DarkStarr @Berek @Lord British

Plus many people I talk to do not even know about the grand tour. I know I missed that until someone mentioned it. Again Game announcements should never be in the players chat window. Please please fix this. @DarkStarr

 

Not entirely, the quest XP does apply to producer XP

 

Bowen your not even close... I have already completed the Shroud Quest as well as others so while your going to get experience for killing things and questing, the crafters MAJOR way we gain experience is via crafting and harvesting... So basically we are left in the cold again.

 

Now, now. Remember, constructive and actionable!

Could we consider crafting 2x XP in the future (not just from quests)? As in I go to Elysium for an hour and come out with double the XP in an hour after mining. Yes, I am being selfish.

 

@Magnus Zarwaddim It is for both adventuring and producer pools if I understand your comment correctly which is done by crafting and harvesting and should be included in this. What do you think am I reading it wrong?

 

@majoria70 The way it reads is for quests you get producer XP. That he also pointed out Adventure XP led me to believe that normal gathering/mining/logging/etc. might not be part of that.

I was thinking to search what quests give Producer XP, but maybe someone can point me to a concise list? For example, someone in the Aerie (Path of Truth) gives out quests for Producer XP. I am thinking those are side quests on each of the Paths. So maybe I should head to Love and Courage as well?
