Title:Siege Engineers attack like they are making a series of ill fated charges
    Reproduction Rate:100
    Blocker?no
Details:Siege engineer AI has changed such that now they seem to be making a series of charges at you. This is easily avoided and could be used to kite them for ranged players.
Steps to Reproduce:Find a siege engineer. Watch him charge in, move back and to the left or right and watch them run past.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 16356
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 1979
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.751.Date.03.28.18
    Area: SiegeEncounter_Forest01_Road/Novia_R3_City_Kiln
    Area Display Name: Forest Siege
    Loc: (-26.4, 37.1, -62.6)
    Debug: U2llZ2VFbmNvdW50ZXJfRm9yZXN0MDFfUm9hZHxOb3ZpYV9SM19DaXR5X0tpbG58KC0yNi40NDUsIDM3LjExLCAtNjIuNjQ0KXwoMCwgMC41NjEsIDAsIDAuODI4KXw3ODguMzM4M3wyNC4xNTI0OXw2Ljc4Mjg4Nw==

I can only assume this was put in to prevent us from getting behind this type of melee when they make a dedicated attack. However, It is pretty much just taking longer as they burn/bleed to death running around. If I was a ranged player I would use this to just kite them like a couple targets attacked to loose rubber bands and probably almost never get hit.

I can reproduce, looking into this now. Thanks.

    Added bug # 57236

    ----

Yes, this appears to be isolated to how these npcs are setup. Thanks.

Build # 754 fixes issues with NPC combat and leashing. Can you see if the Cabalists are bugged with that version?

If it would be great to get some additional information.

Cabalist is working fine in 756 from what I can tell. Moving like he always has. The one I checked was Indigno.
