"Enchanted" Black Sun Publishing user experience for Baltic countries

    I was waiting patiently for some improvements and changes after R51 with transition issues to BSP website.
    Today is a release day... BSP website still has only Russian language and no improvements whatsoever.
    They haven't event put news about full release.

    This is huge slap in the face from Port... really...
    How can you guys release game with such stupidly bad support and unsolved user experience issues ?
    What has been done so far to improve things for better?
    My account was automatically shifted to BSP without agreement. How will you handle that?
    Why the hell Baltic Countries are handled by Russian company? We are not in USSR anymore.
    How Russian company can operate with Latvian tax system? All prices are in rubles.
    Webstore is half empty, you can't buy most stuff that is on official store.
    How will you handle redirection issues? I have problems with loging in to Sotamap, all emails from Port that contains news are not readable fully (once you click on a link to official site you get redirected back to BSP).
    Same issues in steam news and discussions, also googling some info about SOTA will get you redirected back to BSP.

    P.S
    No more forwarding to nonexistent BSP support. These questions has to be answered by Port.

    I wrote Black Sun to a social network of VK.com that about release there is no information! my messages were simply deleted... To release from BSGP nothing is made absolutely!

    We will have to create a black market for Sota. It will be just a copy and paste of shroudedtheavatar.com only it won’t redirect you.

    Sorry to hear that Snikorts. In you opening post you tagged @Berek and others - If I understand you correctly you contacted both supports (BS and Port) and did not receive any reply yet?

    Berek - the Travian migration at least has with Cerus an active Community Manager and Travian responds to questions with the FAQ + some flexibility. Can you or @dallas please give an update on the BS. Did you receive feedback from them how they want to address the valid concerns (language, up-to-date with the game homepage, board access, data protection, political situation that complicates matter, access to account details and features etc) and by when. Having these issues unsolved will result in players leaving and "losing these markets" ("best" case) or worst case a lot of bad sentiment that falls back on the game and Portalarium.
    The community backed SotA regardless of nationality or residence and while I understand why Port entered publishing agreements it is important that the quality of service is provided to (at least!) the people that entered into a business relationship with you before the publishing deals were disclosed. Generally in the age of the internet and usable auto-translate any community-driven game will suffer if parts of the community are/feel treated worse than others.

    I have contacted BS directly and have not get any response. My second try was to ask Port through forums. I don't think that it is only mine problem and it should be addressed in public.

    I wish BS would have community manager like Travian has... At least some questions would be answered.

    In fairness, Travian seems to be doing much more and trying harder than Black Sun to support SOTA. Their website ,participation in the launch event and responses to queries (courtesy of @Cerus ) all seem to reflect that.

    Heard lord british talk about this stuff some last night.

    He did say they are working on this stuff, the base prices of things are the same but local taxes are applied differently, the addon store globally is moving in-game so that only newer items and cotos will eventually remain

    Yes, I brought up this Black Sun "thing" up at our conversation with @Lord British and I can confirm what @EMPstrike just posted.

    One of the biggest issues here still seems to be what @Snikorts says here:
    It seems that BS support are not answering at all and these people are redirected to BS support if they try to contact Portalarium support.
