dazzling rays / mesmorize

    what exactly does dazzling rays (mesmorize) do to a target? I don't see anything indicating the specific negative impact it has on a target.

    Stun: keeps target from moving or acting but can be jumped out of

    Mesmerize: keeps target from moving or attacking but goes away once the target takes any dmg

    Stun is more for disabling your current targets, mezmerize is for keeping non-current targets out of a fight

    dazzling rays is awesome when you have 4 things trying to beat on you.. you cast it and on success 3 stop while you deal with the one you were on. You can then slowly pick the others off while recasting to keep the ones you arent doing at bay
