We at Every Virtue is Lasting guild were having a casino night. Everyone was on the second floor. Suddenly, we were all outside on the lot stone. This happened repeatedly about every 5 or ten minutes for the duration of the event.

 

I am getting reports from the guild members with access to that house that they noticed the teleport bug happened when they opened a chest on the property.

There were about 25 to 30 players on the lot at the time.

 

I agree with Kelly, it does appear to be associated with opening boxes. Also after you get booted from the lot you can not open that box unless you log out and log back in again.
