Howdy - Starting up Tomorrow

Hey all, Thelon Fairblade here.

I logged in on Launch Day to discover someone had hacked my account over 2 years ago. Took a few days to get the account unlocked by Support.

Then, after finishing the multiple downloads, I couldn't get into the game - game account was locked. Another couple days, Support unlocked that part too.

So then I finally logged in to discover I was a handsome darkskinned lady in Resolute, with a steampunk hat, some gear, a few thousand gold coins, and a bunch of stuff in my bank. With a character name equal to my id and password! Yikes!

I dumped the gear in the bank, bought some recipes with the cash and dumped those in the bank, and then deleted the character. Hopefully that works out, and all the bank stuff is not gone. Hopefully none of my Founder bonuses are sold or gone.

So I finally got a character made, did the starting scenario in Highvale, and... that's it. Tomorrow will be the first time I can devote more than 20 minutes to the game, so tomorrow is basically "Start Day" for me! Wave if you see me on the road - apparently there are frostgeists to kill...

Thanks to everyone for the kind words! And thanks especially to Grumpie @Weins201 , who I was able to meet up with yesterday. He helped me set up a combat deck, address some Strength/encumbrance issues I was having, and got me some "starting" gear that was better than the Founders equipment waiting in the bank when I finally got there. Plus a fun troll hunt! Thanks again!
