    I tried this (not in control points) and couldn't repro it while watching the fighting from a 2nd character both in/out of party.

    I verified the leashing can happen if you pull the mobs far away from their spawn point, but can't verify the slow movement speed for the leash.

    For those who play offline - it might be a nice feature to have their offline saves synchronize across devices using Steam Cloud Sync.
