My magic resistance can mitigate even the highest damages to 0. 0 fire damage from a level 140+ fire mage. Still magic resist items are added....

They drop sometimes from Torcs but mainly from Goruk. Rate on Torcs is very low but Goruk has maybe 1/20ish. A good drop though.
