100% unlearn

I guess not. I asked a few time in discord but there was no sure answer.

 

Chris posted that its still active until he shuts it off in the last patch for this release.

You could use a book of unlearning on a skill if you know how much experience you have in it. If its giving it all back, its still active. I would check but I can't log on at the moment.

 

Pretty sure when u use to book of unlearning it tells u how much xp u will get back before you confirm to use the book.

Exactly. It gives you a pop up to confirm with the total exp you will get back. You would need to know exactly how much experience in a skill to be able to know for sure. Then you can just cancel, so you don't actually use the unlearning item.

Didn't they say they were leaving the book of unlearning at 100% either way?

Personally unless I hear from a dev that it's still on I wouldn't risk losing the exp. They seem to be keeping it intentionally vague one way or the other given how often people ask this same question and still haven't gotten an answer.

 

Remember to forget your skills when they go down to 1, or their dependencies will never decrease and you'll find general skill gain goes a bit fruity
