    For the Edelmann tier, within Founder or Benfactor: Anyone who pledged to this tier before the sale spent more cash earlier and will get the lower priority than those that were Patron or below before and upgraded during the sale.

    This assumes the bonus counts towards selection rank in the most popular tier of housing.

    Solution: Allow existing backers to get 15% to their pre-sale pledge amount by upgrading their pledge or buying any add-on over the 15% Xmas week sale or the previous T-day sale.
