40 Skill for Gathering Skill Tiers?

    Really 40 for something that does nothing but minor improvements? What is the point.

    You can bet your last COTO if they tried to push that change through up to R31, there would have been an awful lot of negative feedback.
    Especially with the "exciting new feature" of getting Survey up to 40? Really? SURVEY? Riiiiiiight. o_Oo_Oo_O
