760 - Ornate kobold Backpack cannot be opened

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Partial because if i put it in inventory i can access its content
    Details: at this location I have a ornate kobold backpack with items to sell on the vendor there, but as owner i can't access its content as long as it is put on the whole lot
    i can change permissions right fine but I get no green arrow (only yellow one)

    Steps to Reproduce: be the owner of the item on that row lot put a ornate kobold backpack down and try to open it...
