563 - Kiln Cistern : invisible wall

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes, can't do the quest
    Details: I turned the valve, water filled the 1st large pool, but when swimming to the ladder you encounter an invisible wall (like if the now submerged terrasse was much higher than water level and invisible)
    Steps to Reproduce: go there and try what I've done
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 8143
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058

    Same issue here, though after a bit of swimming along the edge of the submerged platforms I was able to get onto them and reach the ladders - usually when swimming towards the "corner" formed by the side wall and the edge of the platform.
    The issue occurred with all of the submerged platforms in the cisterns as far as I remember (I managed to get to the end of the puzzle but couldn't get past the corrupted elementals).
    Seems like the platforms are a bit too high / the water level a bit too low.

    Reproduction rate: 100%
    Blocker: No - I could get onto the platform after trying long enough - see above.

    i found the way around that was to jump into the water, then i could swim to the ladder. otherwise it seemed like the valve emptied the pool and wouldn't let me m move anywhere
