571 - Epitaph - Stairs broken so you can't exit without using "start on overland" and more...

    Steps to Reproduce:
    (edit - see below, I went back and couldn't reproduce)

    1.
    Going down the stairs works fine, but when trying to go up the stairs in location
    Area: The Epitaph (Novia_R4_City_Desolis_Underground) Loc: (-125.8, 20.1, 49.3)
    then you fall straight through into the water.

    2.
    Going the other way, when moving up these stairs
    Area: The Epitaph (Novia_R4_City_Desolis_Underground) Loc: (-116.1, 14.1, 31.3)
    there is no longer any smooth running, instead you have to jump jump jump every step of the way... until
    Area: The Epitaph (Novia_R4_City_Desolis_Underground) Loc: (-98.2, 45.1, 38.6)
    on the fifth stair you fall straight through.

    ....and then when mining the copper node at the base of the stairs I fell completely through the map
    which put me back at the beginning, which hmmm seems like another way out but still....

    ...and fell through again while climbing

    the loc below is while falling so the location would be above that.

    Hmmm. After a reload of the game I went back to the spot where I fell through.
    Couldn't replicate though, this time I could harvest it , and now I can run up the stairs with no issue, and no fall through.
    Very strange.
