    Title: Stuck Earth Elemental - Sequanna Colossus
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Earth Elemental is stuck on a rock at the following location. All attacks on it are "Dodged".
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to Sequanna Colossus at the following location
    2) Observe stuck Earth Elemental on a rock.
