Blocker? no, you can jump up and be flush with the roof and using just jumping in the hole instead of using the ladder will get you back into the house.
Details: In area by lich and other undead, the adobe house has a ladder to the roof. Using it will bring you to the roof, but you will be depressed halfway into the roof. Also if you go back down the ladder you will not re-enter the house, but be put back on the roof again stuck half way.
Steps to Reproduce: Adobe house - use ladder to access roof and also use ladder to leave roof to find yourself stuck in the roof halfway.
