Rift in Etceter does not point to Isle of Storms

    Title: Rift in Etceter does not point to Isle of Storms
    Reproduction Rate: every time I've looked

    Details:
    Every moon phase, all rifts point to one destination, except for that destination's rift. That rift is supposed to point to Isle of Storms. However, Etceter's rift points back to Etceter. (I suspect a copy/paste bug in a script, and it probably goes to IoS on a wrong phase.)

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to Etceter rift stones, wait for Waning Crescent moon, look at tooltip, go through rift.
